Japture, in collaboration with partner colleges, successfully conducted the 5-Day Internship Challenge, designed to help students develop the skills and confidence required to secure internships effectively.
The program focused on creating ATS-friendly resumes, optimizing LinkedIn profiles, enhancing interview skills, guiding students on career counseling, and crafting compelling cover letters. Participants engaged in hands-on exercises, live demonstrations, and interactive sessions, ensuring practical application of all concepts for career readiness and professional growth.
