Japture, in collaboration with Mandsaur University, successfully conducted the Career Launchpad Program, hosted by the Department of Life Sciences. The online session was designed to equip students with essential skills required to secure their first job or internship.

Moreover, the session aimed to help participants understand current recruitment practices and align their profiles with industry expectations.
